It’s an ecological, animal-friendly choice, for sure,
and vegan is also quite delicious.
It’s an ecological, animal-friendly choice, for sure,
and vegan is also quite delicious.
We have delicious vegan chocolates, and they’re available in fully compostable packaging.
Utilizing our time-honoured method of harvesting the finest cocoa beans and our hand-picked selection methods, our main focus is on producing exceptional taste.
Vegan is a gastronimical phenomenon of recent decades that shows no signs of slowing down. And it seems that the more people who turn to this smart, culinary choice frequently affect their peers. In fact, there was a study performed several years ago that demonstrated that over 1 million Poles are either vegetarians or vegans. And that another 2 million were seriously considering of switching to a meat-free diet. Today, those numbers are most likely significantly higher.
The desire to create a stellar, top-notch vegan brand has been percolating within us for many years. This is not a flippant, flash-in-the-pan business concept, but something deeper, more meaningful and integral to who we feel we are as responsible stewards and caretakers of our fragile planet. Our ideas started simply—when we initially noticed a small, but glaring deficiency in the market. Namely, that there wasn‘t any vegan milk chocolate available that was both tasty and delicious, yet contemporaneously meeting modern, high ecological standards.
Henceforth, combining those two essential qualities in our products became our unwavering mission.
Our goal is simple… to produce high quality, delicious food under one corporate umbrella—encompassing everything from the food’s origins — the planting of seeds, all the way to the finished product that will inevitably appear on store’s shelves.
And doing so simultaneously with the absolute absence of environmentally-harmful packaging like plastics.
We have created a business based on the values that we have been carrying in us for years.
According to the conducted analyzes, sales of alternative products to cow’s milk are still growing. Over the last two years, the sales value of plant milk in Poland has increased by 62%, and in the food discount stores alone, the increase was recorded at a three-digit level! This clearly shows that this trend is growing in strength and the awareness of Poles is gradually increasing. We use valuable substitutes in our vegan chocolates. We focused on coconut flesh and raw materials from oats and coconut. Thanks to their use, we obtained not only an alternative to cow’s milk, but also a pleasant, characteristic aftertaste of coconut nuts.
From the very beginning, earning our compostability certification became an absolute priority—and part of our previously stated mission. And we successfully achieved the highest level of compostability of our packaging in a very creative way. Of course, compostable packaging doesn’t just miraculously disappear, so we developed an innovative method utilizing naturally-existing polymers in our packaging, hence guaranteeing a safer, more environmentally-friendly path to its eventual decomposition. As an example, one could safely bury our products‘ packaging in the ground knowing that—within just a few weeks, our packaging matter would wholly and harmoniously decompose within nature.
DREAMS ARE NOT JUST FOR DREAMING. We’ll admit, we weren’t sure if it was possible… but our dreams, indeed, have become reality.
To create Las Vegan’s Chocolates we have utilized
the finest vegetable milk, non-dairy substitutes,
and exclusively natural raw materials.
Our vegan chocolates are created from the finest, pure ingredients
that we procure and nurture from their inceptions. In this
manner, exceptional quality is guaranteed from the initial seeds
to the finished chocolate bar. And, yes, every single product that
we produce comes in 100% plastic-free packaging.
We consider ourselves pioneers in the field of environmentally-
friendly packaging as we have been able to successfully replace
traditional, synthetic, foil packaging with compostable, paper
alternatives. Being responsible stewards of the environment is a
great source of pride for us.
The process of creating our delicious Vegan Chocolate is a completely handmade operation—something that clearly sets us apart in both quality and taste from our competitors. From start to finish, we demand the highest quality in our ingredients and in the creation process.
The list of peoples who contribute to our production process is quite long and impressive. We collaborate with only the best, most trusted growers, which guarantees vital access to the finest, most delectable cocoa beans on the planet. And we frequently visit with our farmers on location to answer questions and to assure that all aspects of harvesting and workflow meet our highest standards.
Vegan chocolates are handcrafted. Already at the concept stage, we wanted flawless quality. We knew that if we could do something, we would do it.
Many people are involved in the production process. It all starts with proven and trusted growers. Thanks to the „Direct Trade” model of direct cooperation, we are able to reach the best cocoa beans at this stage. Whenever we can, we get to know the growers personally to take full responsibility for the final product, which is vegan chocolate. The next stages of production take place in our factory. This is where roasting, grinding, conching, forming into plates and packing takes place. We also do not forget about the element that we like the most – here we also taste our little works.
